YSRCPP MLA Athula Ramakrishna Reddy petitioned to disqualify the defective MLAs and his Lawyer Ponnavallu Sudhakar Reddy attended to the argument which takes place today.

Earlier,  19 MLAs, including four ministers, had complained to the AP Speaker Kodela SivaPrasad. But he didn’t take any action on them. The court heard the arguments of Lawyer Ponnavallu Sudhakar Reddy and shortly issued a notice to the Speaker to file a counter in three weeks. The next hearing was postponed to three weeks. Complaint against lawmakers Sudhakar Reddy argued that the speaker does not take action even after two-and-a-half years of complaining against defective MLAs. The complainant agreed with the Speaker’s timely response to the action against the MLAs.
