Personal Privacy is Basic right : Supreme Court

The Supreme Court of India has made it clear that personal privacy is the basic principle of individuals. The court’s decision on personal privacy was revealed. Several petitions have been filed in the Supreme Court following the mandate of the Aadhaar Card for central government schemes and welfare schemes. The Constitution bench of the five judges appointed to inquire into Aadhaar. In this case, it is decided the issue of personal privacy topic is to be discussed. So that the Constitution bench of nine judges has been formed to discuss this issue. The constitutional bench of the Supreme Court on August 2 reserved the verdict. On Thursday, the court ruled that privacy will come under the basic right.
