Vishal files nomination for R K Nagar by-poll after paying tribute Jayalalithaa’s grave
Tamil actor Vishal Krishna – popularly known as Vishal – has made a political plunge and will contest the December 21 by-election to the RK Nagar assembly constituency in Chennai, the actor announced on Saturday.
Today, on Monday Actor Vishal filed a nomination for RK Nagar By election in Tamil Nadu. After paying a tribute to Jayalalithaa’s grave, he went to the nomination center and presented documents to the relevant authorities to contest as an independent candidate. He seeks RK Nagar people to give him a opportunity to work for RK Nagar Development and to work according to Amma’s (Jayalalitha former Tamil Chief Minister) wishes. He also said Delhi Chief Minister Mr. Aravind kejriwal is inspiration to him.
In the context of Vishal arrival to Nomination center, some tense situation raised at nomination center. Other Independent candidates reach the place for nomination were stopped by the security personnels, security personnel did not allow Other candidates to enter the Nomination center. So They became very angry and commented “Vishal is also a common man like us, they do not have to wait for him.” Eventually, the police took control over the situation.
Leading parties in Tamil Nadu has already announced their candidates. Ganesh, Tamil Opposition party DMK Candidate, Tamil Nadu Ruling Party AIADMK candidate Madhu Sudanan, AIADMK Rebel leader Dinakaran (AIADMK Amma’s party) and BJP candidate Karu Nagarajan are contesting as candidates from major parties. Now, political became ‘talk of the town’ after the mass hero Vishal enter into politics and after filing nomination.
Tamil Nadu in recent times has seen a clutch of actors expressing their willingness to jump into the political arena. Tamil superstars Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan have expressed their decision to jump into politics. But Vishal, on Saturday, denied meeting Kamal Haasan.
